We have four different models of HVAC-DDC controllers. With each model you get the same ruggedly built controller – the only difference between each model is the number of points.

• 64X: 64 Universal 4-in-1 points; Ethernet; (2) RS-485 serial; (1) RS-232 serial
• 32X: 32 Universal 4-in-1 points; Ethernet; (2) RS-485 serial; (1) RS-232 serial
• 16X: 16 Universal 4-in-1 points; Ethernet; (2) RS-485 serial; (1) RS-232 serial

For VAV applications, Computrols provides the most flexible products available. Our VAVs come with the following standard features:

• Position Indicator: Provides a visual indication of position.
• Manual Override: Pushbutton to allow manual positioning on the damper.
• Convenient Package: Controller and motor assembly mount directly to VAV boxes in one step.
• Easily Addressable: Two decimal rotary switches (0-9) allow simple addressing – no hex, no binary.
• Removable Screw Terminals: Allows for quick replacement.
• Status Indicators: Bright on-board LEDs assist in troubleshooting.
• Precise Pressure Measurement: 0-4" pressure pickup provides accurate control for sensitive low volume applications.
• Orientation Independent: Unlike many VAV controllers, our controller and pressure pickup can be mounted in any orientation without loss of accuracy.
• Multiple Actuator Support: Add an optional damper actuator using either analog or binary outputs.
• Flexible Sensor Capability: Supports 10K Type III thermistors or a selection of digital display wall stats.
  

We manufacture four kinds of electronic VAV controllers

• VAV-AP: VAV with actuator and pressure pickup - the VAV-AP provides both air flow control and measurement for our most complete VAV solution.
• VAV-P: VAV with pressure pickup - the VAV-P provides a conveniently small package when you need airflow measurement, but are controlling air flow through external means.
• VAV-X: VAV with no actuator or pressure pickup - the VAV-X, our smallest VAV solution, is used when direct air flow measurement and control are not required.
• VAV-A: VAV with actuator - the VAV-A is the perfect solution when you want to control the space temperature by adjusting air flow, or when the air flow cannot be measured directly.
