I'm experiencing difficulty exporting a report as a PDF. It doesn't seem to do anything. What am I missing?
If you are exporting a report to .PDF and you do not see the browse window, you need the correct driver. Download the driver from www.computrols.com/downloads. The file you download is Zipped. It contains a driver file named "crxf_pdf.dll." Place this .dll file in your C:\Windows\Crystal folder. You should now be able to export reports as PDFs.
